Mr. Mazis is a Doctor of the Medical School of the University of Athens (NTUA). He is also an Orthopedic Surgeon Consultant at the University of Barking, Havering and Redbridge, London, in the United Kingdom. He is Scientific Director and Head of the Osteon Upper Extremist and Surgery Department of Osteon.

He is also a Scientific Director and Head of the Upper End and Extreme Hand at the Osteon Orthopedic & Spine Clinic.

Panagiotis G. Pantos

Panagiotis G. Pantos is in charge of the Upper End and Athletic Disorders Department of the Osteonecrosis Clinic and the Doctor of Medicine of the University of Athens, while he also holds the position of Deputy Director of Orthopedic and Traumatology at the Klinik Maingau vom Roten Kreuz in Klinik Maingau vom Roten Kreuz in Frankfurt of Germany.

He has specialized in Shoulder Surgery through many years of clinical work and targeted training at leading specialist centers in Germany and serving alongside internationally recognized surgeons.

Vassilis I. Sakellariou

Vasileios I. Sakellariou is Head of the Reconstructive & Minimum Interventional Hip Surgery Department – Knee in the Orthopedic Clinic “OSTEON” and Doctor of Medicine at the University of Athens. He also serves as the Director of the Orthopedic Clinic at Mediterraneo Hospital, specializing in Adult Reconstructive Surgery and Surgery of Large Joints.

He specializes in the most modern and pioneering methods of arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgery of large hip and knee joints.

Panayiotis D. Symeonidis

Panayiotis Symeonidis is in charge of the Pediatrics and Foot Pedagogy Department of the Orthopedic Clinic “OSTEON” and Ph.D. of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Serving with dedication his cognitive subject, where he can specialize only abroad. He has received clinical training in recognized centers in Germany, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States, making him one of the few Orthopedics specializing in Foot Disease in Greece.

Ilias Kanellopoulos

In September 2011, he was awarded Doctor of Medicine of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a degree “Excellent” and his doctoral thesis “Postoperative analgesia in total hip arthroplasty: a comparative study between epidural analgesia, periarticular filtration and parenteral opioid administration”. He was a Senior Post Clinic Fellow from 2011 to 2013 in the field of Obstetrics, Neurosurgery and Cardiac Surgery Anesthesia at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and Northern General Hospital, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, UK.

From 2013 he participates in the educational and scientific program of the 2nd University Clinical Anesthesiology, PGN. Attikon as a Scientific Associate, while in the academic year 2014-2015 he was also a University Clinic Scholar, following an election procedure by the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Apostolos Ath. Lagaras

Apostolos Lagaras is a Orthopedic Spine Surgery Surgeon and Editor A of the Orthopedic Clinic at METROPOLITAN GENERAL (formerly IASO General). At the same time he is a partner of OSTEON Orthopedic and Spinal Clinic. He is a MSc candidate in the postgraduate program “International Medicine-Management of Crisis of Health” of the Medical School of the University of Athens and the International Football Federation for the acquisition of the FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine.

He did his basic education in Orthopedics at the General Hospital of Karditsa and at the University Hospital of Larissa. From January 2012 to March of the same year he worked as a research fellowship of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery of the University of Southern California (USC) at the LAC + USC Medical Center in Los Angeles, USA, in September 2012 , selected as a Traveling Fellow of the European Society for Bone Infections and Corrections, received training on musculoskeletal infections in international centers in Switzerland, Italy and Germany. He is a member of the North American Spine Society (NASS), the British Society of Spine Surgeons (BASS), the AO Spine, the European Bone and Joint Infection Society (EBJIS) and the Hellenic Association of Orthopedics and Traumatology Surgery.
