
Dr. Georgios Mazis has a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). He is also a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals of London, in the United Kingdom. He also heads the Hand Surgery Department and collaborates closely with the Upper Limb Unit of the Osteon Orthopedic & Spine Clinic.
Dr. Mazis is also a founding member of the Osteon Orthopedic & Spine Clinic.

Dr. Panagiotis G. Pantos is the Head of the Upper Extremity and Sports Injuries Departments at the “OSTEON” Orthopedic Clinic and has a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). He also holds the position of Deputy Director of Orthopedics – Traumatology, at the Shoulder Surgery Clinic, Klinik Maingau vom Roten Kreuz, in Frankfurt, Germany. He is the Director of the Orthopedic Clinic at the Athens Medical Group (AMG), specializing in Upper Extremity Surgery.
He has also specialized in Shoulder Surgery through many years of clinical work and targeted postgraduate medical training in leading specialized centers in Germany, while he has worked alongside internationally recognized surgeons.

Dr Vassilios I. Sakellariou is the Head of the Reconstructive & Minimally Invasive Hip and Knee Surgery Department, and Director of the Sports Injuries Unit at Osteon Orthopedic & Spine Clinic. He has a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). He is also the Director of the Orthopedic Clinic at Athens Medical Group (AMG) specializing in Adult Reconstructive Surgery & Large Joint Surgery.
He also specializes in the most contemporary and innovative arthroscopic methods and minimally invasive surgical procedures (techniques) of the largest joints of the body, hip and knee.

Dr. Panagiotis Symeonidis is the Head of the Department of Foot and Ankle at “OSTEON” Orthopedic Clinic and has a PhD from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Aristoteleion Panepistimion Thessalonikis).
His special medical interest is Foot and Ankle surgery, and his skills cover a wide range of conservative and surgical treatment of Foot and Ankle injuries and deformities. Dr Symeonidis has received clinical training in renowned centers in Germany, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States and he is one of the few Orthopedic surgeons in Greece with a specialization in Foot and Ankle surgery.

In September 2011, he was awarded a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), graduating with honors. His PhD thesis was titled: ‘Postoperative analgesia in total hip arthroplasty: a comparative study between epidural analgesia, periarticular infiltration, and parenteral opioid administration.’
From 2011 to 2013, he served as a Senior Post-CCT Clinical Fellow in Obstetric, Neurosurgical, and Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and Northern General Hospital, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, UK.
Since 2013, he has been involved in the educational and scientific program of the 2nd Clinic of Anesthesiology at the University General Hospital ‘Attikon’ as a Scientific Associate. During the academic year 2014-2015, he was a University Scholar of the Clinic, having been selected through a competitive process by the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

A graduate of the University of Crete Medical School, Dr. Papadimitriou is an Orthopedic Surgeon and attending physician at the Osteon Orthopedic & Spine Clinic, based at the Athens Medical Center (Maroussi).
He began his General Surgery training at the General Hospital of Corfu (2013–2014), and went on to specialize in Orthopedic Surgery & Traumatology at the General Hospital of Chalkida (2014–2016).
He completed his specialty training at the Athens General Hospital “KAT” (2017–2021), where he gained significant experience in the surgical treatment of complex fractures, chronic conditions, and deformities of the upper and lower limbs.
As part of his residency, he trained in the Hand–Upper Limb–Microsurgery Unit and the Spine and Scoliosis Department at KAT Hospital, and also completed pediatric orthopedic training at the “Agia Sofia” Children’s Hospital.
In 2021, he earned a Master of Science (MSc) in “Exercise and Health” from the University of Athens Medical School, graduating with distinction.
Following both written and oral examinations in 2021, he was awarded the title of Fellow of the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (FEBOT) by the European Society of Orthopaedics & Traumatology (EBOT/UEMS) in Lisbon, Portugal.
He actively participates in both national and international conferences and educational seminars, and is engaged in ongoing research.
He is a member of the Hellenic Association of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology (HAOST) and the General Medical Council (GMC) of the UK.
